What a magical winter wedding this one was! I was nervous to photograph this wedding because of the light. They wanted a really relaxed day so the service started after lunch, which in summer would be fine, but in the depths of winter meant that the window for photos before the sun went down was small - I was scared we’d miss the light. But thanks to Jess and Luke’s willingness to run into a field with me (!) we caught the sunsetting on a gorgeously misty winters day and these are some of my all time favourite couple photos! Of course, for Jess and Luke, this day wasn’t really about the photos. It was such a beautiful and emotional wedding, especially as they have been together for a long time and already have three children - it was so special to see their children involved in the service and be there to witness their parents celebrating their love and partnership.
